The Leadership Circle Profile™ 360 provides a detailed snapshot in time, enabling leaders to answer the question: “How are my behaviours and mindset enabling or constraining my intended leadership impact and our business performance?”

The Leadership Circle Profile™ (LCP) is a 360 tool and the only instrument that measures the two primary leadership domains - Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies - the habits of thought that drive much of our behaviour.

The leader undertakes a self-assessment and feedback is also gathered from several staff at the levels where the leader needs to be competent – bosses, associates, peers, and direct reports.

As leaders gain insights through this 360 experience, they have much higher leverage to make transformative change.

PROCESS

STEP 1

The Individual,

usually in a senior role,

AND

a set of relevant others

complete the assessment.

STEP 2

The Individual's Self-Score is overlaid with the rater’s Aggregate-Score showing their own workplace, AND results are also compared with the LCP global database.

STEP 3

Comprehensive feedback is given through a debriefing discussion by an accredited Leadership Circle Profile™ practitioner.

STEP 4

Results are brought to coaching to explore implications for leadership to enhance performance.
